HOT POWER 60 Studio is heated to 28C to practice dynamic power yoga so expect a full body workout with a focus on core strength, improving flexibility and gaining balance. Suitable for all levels.
HOT POWER 45 A powerful pick-me-up 45min yoga class to break up your day to get you firing again after lunch! Mixed abilities.
DYNAMIC HEATED PILATES 45 Stretch, strengthen and fully condition the whole body in this 45 minute class. Merging contemporary and classical Pilates to leave you feeling energised yet grounded. Options will be given to ensure the session is accessible to beginners as well as experienced clients.
CANDLELIT YOGA More relaxed, less pacey sequence with space, deeper stretching and mindful breath. The warm glow of the candles helps you to naturally relax and prepares your body for rest. Beginners welcome.
BACKYARD YOGA A chance to practice together outside in the beautiful back garden at Studio 54. Please bring sun screen and appropriate sun protection. Seasonal times - weather dependent.
