Meditation is exploring, In these unique online sessions we will explore the wonderful world of transcendental meditation for increased energy, more time and less stress! The full course will allow you to settle in the present moment, focus on self care and achieve positive health outcomes.

Course Starts Thu 12th Nov 6-6:30pm (4 x 30mins) online sessions to explore the wonderful world of transcendental meditation for increased energy, more time and less stress! 

Week 1 Mantras - “I chose to take care of my body mind and soul” and focus on self care.
Week 2 Guided Meditation - identify a personal mantra unique to you and your current needs.
Week 3 Affirmation - of the mantra or something you wish to achieve followed by relaxation.
Week 4 Reflection - commitment to a long term mantra for positive health outcomes.

Course £20 (4 x 30min online sessions) or £6 (per online session).
