Georgie will guide you through an energising rhythmic breathwork and breath-hold practice using brainwave frequency music and guided counting. In celebration of pride we are holding a Zoom workshop exploring Queer and Trans allyship for Yoga teachers with the aim to:

• Cover basic LGBTQIA+ terminology 

• Learn about what Pride is all about (hint: it is and always has been a protest - we’re still under threat!)

• Reflect on our relationships to gender and consider how gender shows up in the Yoga world

• Take a closer look at terminology and concepts surrounding the body through a Queer, Trans lens

• Talk about Transfeminism and intersectionality

• Explore ways in which we can make Yoga spaces more accessible to LGBTQIA+ people

• Time for Q+A

This will be a deeply transformative experience with the breath and inner healing. You will be taken on a unique journey, using the sound vibrations to connect with the deep transformative power of conscious breathwork. Working with the diaphragm to connect to higher states of consciousness; Susie will work directly with participants throughout the session, helping to reprogram their subconscious, using a unique hands-on acupressure ‘body mapping’ technique to release tension whilst Junior provides sound therapy connecting you back to your body wisdom.

Susie Smith is a fully qualified Trauma Informed Transformational Breath Coach, Embodiment Mentor and group workshop leader. Revive & Renew is a carefully crafted 2hr session, providing a space in which you will slow down, tune in, and be carried in to a state of deep rest & rejuvenation.

Using rebirthing breath-work, sound meditation, and compassionate self enquiry we create space to retreat, reset and renew your mind and body.

Bathe in the healing sounds of the drum, Himalayan bowls and gong, before closing with an energising visualisation, which will leave you feeling rested, refreshed and renewed.

This is a session for all bodies and experience levels, and like every one I hold, is designed with the health of our nervous system at the heart of the practices. My intention is always to hold gentle and soothing sessions, that are nurturing and rebalancing for both you and your nervous system!

Join Sam and Fynn for this transformational workshop - a two hour Yoga and SOMA breathwork practice guiding you into Bliss. Sam will lead a traditional Akhanda Yoga class involving asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Fynn will then, after a short break, lead a SOMA energised breathwork session to invigorate the body, connect you to your higher Self and leave you transformed. This will involve SOMA’s signature style - powerful and therapeutic music alongside movement, chanting and breathwork.

A dynamic sequence of asanas with less focus on power and more emphasis on juicy flow, longer holds, pranayama and meditation. This Warm Flow Masterclass is still suitable for students new to yoga, who will be given slower options so they can take the time to get to know their breath and bodies. Closing with restorative Yoga Nidra.

Jambo frequently travels teaching workshops based on Forrest Yoga, Functional Anatomy and Native practices of the Medicine People. He is also an experienced bodyworker and bodywork teacher based on his multi-disciplinary practise of structural alignment, muscles testing and classical East Asian medicine.

As a Forrest Yoga Guardian and travelling assistant to Ana Forrest, he is committed to delivering the healing practice of Forrest Yoga in its most authentic form. He supplements asana workshops with sessions on functional anatomy, neuro-science, applied kinesiology and structural bodywork. He has an immense amount of passion explaining why what we do works.

Anatomy of Inversions teaches practitioners how to understand the pathway of breath and in this class, how it moves from diaphragm to core to shoulders. By understanding this kinetic pathway, practitioners are able to work out where they can go deeper with their personal practice. 

Expect yoga sequences that show how to isolate individual muscles of the core for maximum core power. Learn how to stabilise shoulder muscles to bring more confidence to your practise and resolve compensation patterns so that you can put your very best forwards. 

There will be multiple options for each pose to give practitioners a general idea of how to improve their relationship with inversions.
