This HOT YOGA workshop really worked those tender core abdominals and some people were feeling it. Angie was fabulous with her hands-on assists to help people into deeper poses and better alignment, and those singing bowls were absolutely booming through every chakra during savasana. With a focus on core strength and alignment, this two hour Yoga workshop will allow you to cultivate a type of strength that results from physical integration and internal connection. The key is to work the core abdominals and then train all your muscles to work together as a team.

As we're entering the holiday season, the weekly Sunday classes at GAIA STUDIO in Peckham Rye will run every other week during August. The good news is all classes will be half price to attend! Enter the Discount Code: LOVEAUGUST when booking. The 8.45am 'Power' class will be followed by a slower paced 'Deep' class at 10am focusing on deepening stretches. So for those wishing to stay and extend their practice to 2 hours on Sunday mornings it's all possible this month at the same price.
