Join Sam and Fynn for this transformational workshop - a two hour Yoga and SOMA breathwork practice guiding you into Bliss. Sam will lead a traditional Akhanda Yoga class involving asana, pranayama, meditation and mantra. Fynn will then, after a short break, lead a SOMA energised breathwork session to invigorate the body, connect you to your higher Self and leave you transformed. This will involve SOMA’s signature style - powerful and therapeutic music alongside movement, chanting and breathwork.
