Love is powerful medicine. Self-love is the most important love we can invite into our lives. If we care for and love ourselves, then we are able to share love with others. Healthy relationships can even protect against disease and restore the body in the face of illness. A regular yoga practice (twice a week) can help to heal your mind and spirit, whilst improving strength throughout your body and help you to love yourself and those around you.
