Join us for Group Meditation with Miriam
Many of us know the benefits of a regular meditation practice, but struggle to make it happen. Join us to discover the power of meditating together and building a community of learning and practice. Whether your focus is coping with stress, improving sleep or simply creating more pause and perspective in your day, this is a space to find solidarity and connection while you move towards this. No experience required, everyone welcome!
Each session we'll try out a different meditation, taking inspiration particularly from the practice of mindful self-compassion. Meditations will be 10-15 minutes long, with time for reflection, discussion, and maybe a bit of journalling.
