Georgie will guide you through an energising rhythmic breathwork and breath-hold practice using brainwave frequency music and guided counting. SOMA breath blends the principles of ancient yogic pranayama and modern science, to awaken you to your full human potential of healing. Followed by a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation that will incorporate visualisation and sound therapy, this workshop will most definitely leave you feeling healthier, happier, and calmer.

In this life-affirming 2hr workshop, Amanda Hummingbird will be encouraging us to change our energy from within, connecting to the power and wisdom in our hearts. A 30 minute Forrest Yoga ceremony and meditation will be followed by 90 minutes of powerful practice, ending with a sound healing savasana.
