Following our ’freedom day’ here are the changes in the studio:

- capacity is now 12
- students should still bring their own mat
- ‘sticky’ yoga mats can be bought in studio (£22) or students can hire a yoga mat (£1)
- props, blocks and straps can be used in studio - please wipe clean props or mats afterwards
- please scan QR code on arrival to help NHS
- mask wearing when moving around the studio is now optional
