Join us for an afternoon of meditation, movement, breathwork, and sound healing to gently guide you back to yourself.
Autumn holds a natural invitation to turn inward, to reflect on what we’re ready to release, and to notice where our energy flows. Sometimes, though, the season shifts before we do, leaving us feeling a bit “out”—out of alignment, energy, or inspiration. In these moments, it’s often CONNECTION to ourselves and community that we are lacking.
Our time together will be a chance to pause, reflect, and realign with your inner guidance. You’ll be invited to explore energising yoga & movement. Breathwork to release stress and tension, and deep rest in community with a soothing soundbath. Step into this supportive space, and give yourself time to breathe, to feel, and to connect:
