Acceptance of your Self as being adequate or enough, helps the mind to be free of unhealthy thinking patterns and makes room for changing negative beliefs, helping you realise that failure doesn't define you and is always a learning opportunity on the path to success. Yoga is a perfect opportunity to practice self-acceptance, being with what is, which can then spill over and benefit you throughout your life.
