HOT YOGA summer schedule

Hello everyone. I'm taking a little Sabbatical during August so there will be a slightly reduced schedule and some cover teachers.

Tuesdays at NUNHEAD GREEN have finished now for the summer and will recommence on Tuesday 5th September.

Wednesday evenings at JAGS will be running all summer long. Just in case you didn't know every class has 5 spaces reserved for non-members - book in via the website.

Sunday mornings at GAIA will run as normal until the end of July and then every other week during August.

BRIGHTON WEEKENDER SPRING BANK HOLIDAY Sat 27th MAY 2017

Recharge yourself with this fabulous HOT YOGA retreat in BRIGHTON during Spring Bank Holiday, including energising inversions workshops and chakra awakening plus pranayama & meditation. The practices will be held at Revitalise, Western Road, Hove BN3 1DB kicking off on Saturday 2pm and concluding 6pm, coinciding with the end of Brighton Festival.

FEELGOOD FEBRUARY ❤️ UNIVERSAL LOVE

🌌 Considering the need for more Universal Love we'll be practicing special heart opening sessions this week, along with hip openers and some playful partner assisted inversions. These asanas will counteract the all-too-familiar postures of hunching over a computer or steering wheel, decreasing back pain and shoulder tightness aswell helping your body to lower blood pressure, increase lung capacity and improve heart rate, by boosting circulation and building muscle tone. 😌
