Yoga is a whole-body workout
POWER YOGA is a strength-based practice which uses our body weight to increase muscle tone and improve stability. Unlike weight training that isolate movements, yoga is a whole-body workout. Yoga can also help train the mind to distinguish between our inner thoughts and outer life, promoting greater self awareness and ability to focus on being happy throughout the day. So come along to practice with us - we’re here every day!

Self Acceptance helps the mind be free
Acceptance
is the process of being received as adequate, valid or suitable.
Acceptance of your Self as being adequate or enough, helps the mind to be free of unhealthy thinking patterns and makes room for changing negative beliefs, helping you realise that failure doesn't define you and is always a learning opportunity on the path to success. Yoga is a perfect opportunity to practice self-acceptance, being with what is, which can then spill over and benefit you throughout your life.
